We process and dispatch orders very quickly — often same day! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 NZD. Orders under $100 may incur a small shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

We dispatch all orders daily from our Auckland warehouse. Delivery times can vary — please allow up to 2 weeks for your mat to arrive.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies on orders over $100 NZD to any destination.

The Comfort Mat has a polyester outer layer and a 35mm slow-rebound memory foam inner. It's non-toxic, lightweight, and safe for all ages.

Absolutely. Our mats are made from non-toxic materials and are completely safe for babies, toddlers, and pets.

Yes! The polyester outer layer repels liquids and resists staining. Simply wipe spills with a damp cloth immediately and the mat will be as good as new.

Yes! Simply lay it flat and it will naturally flatten out within 24–72 hours at room temperature. You can place heavy items on the corners to help it flatten faster.

Yes! The Comfort Mat features a non-slip base. Please note: do NOT use on polished concrete or floors with acrylic-based finishes.

No underlay needed! The 35mm high-density foam provides more than enough cushioning on its own.

We do our best to photograph our mats accurately, but slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings. Feel free to contact us if you're unsure!

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will resolve it quickly.

Spot cleaning is best. Use a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap to gently clean the surface. Allow to air dry fully before placing back on the floor.

No — do not machine wash or tumble dry your Comfort Mat. Stick to spot cleaning with a damp cloth for best results.

The Comfort Mat is designed for indoor use only. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or moisture may damage the foam and outer fabric.

Works great on timber, tiles, laminate, and vinyl. Do NOT use on polished concrete or floors with acrylic-based finishes.

Yes! The Comfort Mat is lightweight and foldable. If storing rolled up for extended periods, allow it to lay flat again for a day or two before use.
